This package involves a 2 hour consultation after which you will know just what improvements are necessary to get your house 'market ready'. Your home staging professional will complete a fifty-six page custom report detailing suggested improvements that may include things such as paint colors, lighting, furniture placement, repairs, curb appeal and de-cluttering. We carefully assess every room and its contents, just as a potential buyer would.

Trisha Dempsey Home Staging - House Blend Our House Blend Service

This package offers you the greatest value with the best results. Your staging professional will provide a complete consultation and showcasing; including a fifty-six page customized report detailing what improvements will help you get an optimum sale. After the 'suggested preparation is complete, your home staging professional and her crew will return and use their expertise to showcase the property, defining and optimizing everything. This service includes one complimentary 'open house showcasing' which involves a return visit from your stager to fine-tune things prior to your open house. What you are left with is a market ready house that will be the ‘must see’ property for potential buyers.

Trisha Dempsey Home Staging - Full Strength Our Full Strength Service

This package offers full service from beginning to end. With this offer, we have the entire process executed for you, including the consultation, preparation and showcasing. It will be our job to manage the entire project including painting, cleaning, packing and any other services needed to prepare your house for sale. Our goal is to work with your timeline and budget to get your house 'market ready'.
